Once you select an add a caliber conversion kit, the parts you will need to be up and running will be included. This is a Rollsizer base unit only, without the caliber conversion kit or drop tube. Or, set up your ROLLSIZER with a dedicated case feeder (not included), placing it on the provided steel bracket, for a compact stand-alone workstation. You can hook up the ROLLSIZER to your current case feeder, without removing it from your reloading press, using the included long PVC pipe. The output speed of the machine (up to over 6100!!! Rounds per hour) can be adjusted by adding or removing the activation bolts from the discs, to match the feed speed of your case feeder. Bulgy brass will reload again like new, and will fit the ammo gauges once loaded, providing you once again with reliable worry-free, competition-ready ammo.Ĭaliber changes are completed in a matter of seconds by simply changing out the center disc thereby changing the size of the sizing slot (and in some cases the feed tube and activation lever must be changed too). The Rollsizer will effectively remove that bulge so often found on the lower third of a fired cases, bringing your range-brass back to spec when combined with standard reloading dies. The hardened all-steel construction provides an almost limitless lifespan and will offer you many years of reliable service. The powerful Air-cooled AC motor, and over-sized gearbox mount directly to the sizing disc and base, ensure power and accuracy in abundance. This commercial-grade, industrial-strength, Electric-Drive RollSizer from Whitehead Specialty Engineering, Australia will meet and exceed the needs of any shooter, club or commercial reloader. In rifle it isn't perfected yet, handgun I guessing it will be fine. This is a compelete Rollsizer unit at the caliber of your choice. Double Alpha was great, took everything back and gave me a full credit. So for $1450 I returned it with some messed up cases to show them. Checking them with the case guage backwards they fell in all the way so just the neck was sticking out. The cases that went threw right are awsome. It needs a speed controller to slow it down just a little to give the cases more time to settle. Sometimes it has enough time to straighten up and get picked up. But rifle cases being taller tend to turn a little sideways as the center wheel is going around, then falls a little sideways. I can see that for a short case it will be easy and perfect. I spent the next hours trying to adjust the feed tube to find that spot that would work. it messes with the rim of the case making it thicker or and denting the case a little. Other times it falls a little sideways and gets picked up that way. sometimes the cases "fall" perfect and stand straight up and go perfectly against the outside wall and roll around. ran it for an hour without cases like it says to do (hard to wait lol). I did not set up a case feed and was just dropping the cases into the casefeed tube. It was an easy setup, put the center disk in and install the drop tube using a 3d printer thing. With the 9mm and 556 kit it was about 1450. The in stock notice came in for the motorized mini roll sizer and I ran down and picked it up from Double Alpha. I think part of my problem is that I'm just using range pickup brass and I'm guessing they vary quite a bit. I don't mind spending the coin if it makes this problem go away. I'll get a few out of a hundred that don't drop all the way in the case guage, I'll flip it around and the case near the base is the problem. Was wondering if it anyone here has been resizing 556 using one? I have had mixed results just using a FL sizing die.
